Rental Conditions

All our guests who charter a Boat or Cabin to participate in Boom Sailboat Tours and Trainings accept these notices and conditions; undertakes to show due diligence in rental, payment and use. It realizes the rentals and reservations made by adopting all these conditions.

Rental Prerequisites

  • Our tours and all our rentals take place from Bodrum Turgutreis D-Marin. Our departure and return pier is Bodrum / Turgutreis D-Marin.

  • All departures take place at 12:00 (GMT+3) on Saturday at the latest and return at 17:00 on Friday.

  • The tours are planned as 6 nights and 7 days.

  • Our tours and rentals can be rented for a minimum of one week or two weeks.

  • You must purchase consecutive rentals available for two-week tours together.

  • Weekly sequential purchases are made on biweekly tours. Pricing is made according to all wages and service charges of the relevant week.

  • This warning text is made as a preliminary information. All our guests who use our site and make rentals and purchases declare that they have read and accepted all terms of service.

Deposit

  • In addition to the rental fee, a deposit of 2000 Euros for Boat Rentals and 1000 Euros for Cabin Charters is taken as a deposit.

  • If there is no damage or damage to the boat at the end of the tour, it will be returned to the account exactly.

  • Otherwise, the damage and loss will be invoiced to the lessor and deducted from the deposit.

  • If any remaining balance remains, the remainder will be refunded.

  • deposit feeDamages and damages to be incurred on it are invoiced separately to the lessor.

Payment Terms

  • 50% advance payment by contract,

  • 50% taken one month before the cruise.

  • Deposit: It is collected in advance as the determined price.

  • If there is no damage or damage to the deposit, it is returned with a deduction.

Discounts

  • Early Booking Discount: 5% valid until February 28,

  • 5% for the second week

  • Regular Customer: 5%

  • Maximum discount: 20%

Other Rental Terms and Additional Fees

  • These fees are shared with other cabin tenants.

  • Captain:150 Euro per week + Captain's food

  • Outboard motor:80 Euro per week

  • Standup Paddle:120 Euro per week

  • Charter Package:250 Euro (Transitlog, cleaning, gas, snorkel, towels)

  • Diesel:The warehouse is delivered full, it is received as full.

  • Marinas and Moorings:Except for Bodrum Turgutreis D-Marine, all marina and accommodation fees belong to the lessor.

  • Greece TEPAI Tax:Mandatory TEPAI tax in Greece Tours (112 Euro / valid from the date of entry into Greek territorial waters until the last day of the current month) belongs to the lessor.
